About us
This website is operated by AnyTax Business Solutions, a sole proprietorship of Shivam Kumar, based in New Delhi, India.
Services
We provide accounting, bookkeeping, tax return preparation and filing, payroll processing, statutory compliance and business registration support. The specific work we will do for you, and the fee for it, is agreed in writing before the engagement begins. Anything outside that agreed scope is chargeable separately and will be quoted before it is undertaken.
What we do not provide
We do not provide statutory audit or any other attest service that law reserves to Chartered Accountants, and nothing on this website should be read as an offer to do so. Where your circumstances require an audit or a certification of that kind, we will prepare the records for the professional who performs it. We do not provide legal advice or investment advice. We do not prepare or file United States tax returns.
Your responsibilities
Our work depends entirely on what you give us. You agree to provide information and documents that are complete, accurate and provided in time to meet the relevant deadline. We are not responsible for consequences arising from information that was incomplete, inaccurate or supplied too late, or from a filing you instructed us not to make.
Fees and payment
Fees are as agreed in writing. Government fees, statutory charges and third-party costs are payable in addition and are not included unless we have said so explicitly.
Confidentiality
We treat your financial information as confidential and will not disclose it except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
Limitation of liability
We will perform our work with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including the outcome of an assessment, notice, refund claim or application to an authority, as those decisions rest with the authority concerned.
Termination
Either of us may end an engagement by written notice. Fees for work done up to that point remain payable. On request we will return your records.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
