GST Services
Registration, monthly and quarterly returns, reconciliation, e-invoicing and replies to GST notices.
Learn More →Books kept current, reconciled and ready — not reconstructed in a panic at year end. We handle day-to-day accounting in Tally or QuickBooks, keep your bank and ledger positions reconciled, and give you monthly figures you can act on.
Sales and purchase entries, expense recording, journal entries and ledger maintenance, kept up to date rather than batched up quarterly.
We work in whichever you already use. If you have no system yet, we will set one up and tell you honestly which is the better fit for how you operate.
Every bank and payment-gateway account reconciled against your books, with differences investigated rather than carried forward as a balancing figure.
A review of your ledgers for misposted entries, duplicated expenses, unexplained balances and items sitting in the wrong head — the things that turn into problems only when someone finally looks.
Supplier balances and customer outstandings tracked, with ageing summaries so you know who owes you what and for how long.
Trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet prepared monthly or quarterly, as you prefer.
Closing entries, provisions, depreciation and reconciliations completed so the year-end position is a confirmation rather than a discovery.
You send us bank statements, sales and purchase invoices, and expense records on an agreed cycle — usually monthly. We post everything, reconcile the accounts, and send you the reports along with a short note on anything that needs your attention or a decision. Queries come to you in one consolidated list rather than as a drip of individual messages.
If we are taking over books that are behind, the first step is a one-off catch-up. We will tell you what that involves and what it costs before starting, separately from the ongoing monthly fee.
Yes, and it is a common starting point. We assess how far back the gap goes, quote for the catch-up as a separate piece of work, and then move you onto a regular cycle.
Both. If you are already on one, we use it. If you are choosing, the short version is that Tally suits Indian statutory reporting and GST workflows well, while QuickBooks Online is easier to access from anywhere and is the standard for US bookkeeping.
Bank statements for all accounts, sales invoices raised, purchase and expense bills, and details of any cash transactions. We will give you a specific checklist rather than a general request.
If your turnover or circumstances require a statutory or tax audit, that audit has to be conducted and signed off by a Chartered Accountant. What we do is prepare the books, schedules and reconciliations your auditor needs, and work with them through the process so it moves quickly. If you do not have a CA, we can point you toward one.
Either way works. Some clients hand the whole function over; others keep their accountant for entries and use us for reconciliation, review and reporting.
