AnyTax Business Solutions provides accounting, tax and business-compliance support from New Delhi. We handle the books, returns and statutory filings that businesses are required to get right — for clients across India, and bookkeeping clients in the United States.
What we handle
Our work falls into six areas. Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping, in Tally or QuickBooks. GST, from registration through monthly returns, reconciliation and replies to notices. Income tax and TDS, for individuals and for businesses. Payroll, with the PF and ESI compliance that comes with employing people. Business registration and the documentation a new venture needs. And remote bookkeeping support for businesses based in the United States.
Some clients use one of these. Others hand over the whole compliance calendar and stop thinking about due dates. Both are fine.
How we work
Small, on purpose
When you engage us, you are dealing with the person who does the work. Nothing is passed down to an assistant you have never spoken to, and you never have to re-explain your situation to someone new. For a business whose accounts are its own private information, that matters.
Deadlines are our problem, not yours
GST returns, TDS returns, income tax filings and payroll compliance all run on fixed dates. We keep the calendar, ask you for documents in advance, and file with time in hand. You should be hearing from us before a deadline, not after one has passed.
Records you can actually use
Books, filed returns and acknowledgements are kept organised and shared with you as we go. If a notice arrives two years from now, or a bank asks for statements during a loan application, the paperwork is already in order.
Fees agreed upfront
We confirm the scope and the cost in writing before starting. If something falls outside what we agreed, we tell you what it will cost before doing it.
