Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect the personal and financial information you share with us.
Last updated: 18 September 2026
AnyTax Business Solutions ("we", "us") is a proprietorship based in New Delhi, India, operating this website at anytaxbusiness.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry through this website, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, the service you selected and the message you write.
If you engage us, we collect the information needed to perform the work — which, depending on the service, may include PAN, Aadhaar, GST registration details, bank statements, invoices, salary records, employee details and other financial documents.
We also collect standard technical information when you visit the site, such as your IP address and browser type, through our hosting provider’s server logs. We do not currently run any analytics or advertising tracking on this website.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used only to respond to you. Client information is used only to perform the services you have engaged us for, including making filings on your behalf with the tax and regulatory authorities those filings are directed to.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing.
When we share information
We share your information only where it is necessary to do the work or where we are required to:
- With tax and government authorities, when filing returns or applications on your behalf
- With the software and service providers we use to carry out the work — which may include accounting software, secure file storage and the form service that delivers enquiries from this website
- Where we are required to by law, or by a court or regulatory authority
How we protect it
We limit access to your information to those who need it to do the work. Devices used to access client records are password protected. Where you send us sensitive documents, we will tell you how to do so securely rather than asking for them over an unsecured channel. We will sign a confidentiality agreement on request.
How long we keep it
We retain client records for as long as needed to provide the services and to meet the record-keeping periods that tax and company law require, which can extend several years beyond the end of an engagement. Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within twelve months.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, and withdraw consent for future processing. Write to us and we will respond within thirty days.
Cookies
This website does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser may store standard technical data required to display the page.

A note for the site owner: this draft has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Before you rely on it, have one check it — you handle other people’s financial records, and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act places real obligations on anyone doing that. Delete this box once reviewed.
