Accounting and Bookkeeping
Day-to-day books in Tally or QuickBooks, bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and monthly reporting.
Learn More →Bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, kept current and reconciled, for US businesses that do not want to hire in-house. We handle the books, the reconciliations and the month-end close, and work alongside your CPA — who stays responsible for your tax filings.
Transaction categorisation, chart of accounts maintenance, and books kept current on a weekly or monthly cycle rather than left to accumulate.
Every bank, credit card and payment processor account reconciled, with unmatched items investigated instead of parked in a suspense account.
Bills entered and coded, payment runs prepared for your approval, and vendor balances kept accurate.
Invoices raised, payments applied, and an ageing report so you know what is outstanding and for how long.
Accruals, prepaids, reconciliations and closing entries completed to a checklist, so each month closes properly and the prior period stops moving.
Profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements prepared monthly or quarterly, in a format your CPA and your lender can work from.
Historic books brought into order — unreconciled accounts, misclassified transactions, duplicate entries, opening balances that never tied out. This is often the first engagement.
We start by looking at the current state of your books in QuickBooks Online — you grant accountant access, we review, and we come back with what we find and what we recommend. If a clean-up is needed, that is quoted separately from the ongoing monthly work.
From there, books are maintained on an agreed cycle, with a monthly close and reports delivered by an agreed date. Queries come to you in one consolidated list, and anything we cannot resolve from the records goes to you rather than being guessed at.
No. We do bookkeeping, reconciliation and month-end close, and prepare the financials your tax preparer needs. Your CPA or Enrolled Agent files the returns. Paid preparation of US returns requires credentials we do not hold, and we will not take that work on.
Usually, yes. Give us accountant access and a month or two of history and we will tell you what condition things are in and what the clean-up involves before you commit to it.
Yes. Some firms use us for overflow bookkeeping under their own brand. We are happy to work that way and to stay in the background.
QuickBooks Online is our primary platform. If you work in something else, ask and we will tell you honestly whether we can support it.
